- A journey of self-discovery with a life coach that extracts all the latent powers of individuals and enables every individual to live with a clear and great goal.
- A 4-week journey of exploration, empowerment, and strength in awareness and personality by exploring the strengths that increase our personal confidence and self-worth, and even increase the percentage of integration into work and community activities 6 times over those who do not enhance their strengths instead. Productivity by 10% in all areas of life.
- Take the global and first international personality test for Gallup strengths and analyze all results with the coach.
- The trip includes weekly interactive and individual exercises for the trainees to apply the knowledge that has been learned and presented to enable the trainees to obtain the maximum results from the training program.
- Weekly follow-up sessions for the trainees and in-depth discussions for the trainees to ensure maximum benefit, empowerment and change for the better, more balanced, happier and more successful.
- A free session for each trainee after the end of the program with Coach Mai Abu Zaina.
